Frequently Asked Questions

How many downlights do I need?
It depends on ceiling height, room size and the purpose of the space. As a guide, a typical living room (2.4m ceiling) needs one downlight per 2–3 square metres. We plan the exact layout during the design visit.
What colour temperature should I choose?
Warm white (2700K–3000K) suits living areas and bedrooms. Neutral white (3500K–4000K) works well in kitchens and bathrooms. Cool white (5000K+) is ideal for task areas. We discuss options during the design phase.
Can I dim my LED downlights?
Yes — specify dimmable fixtures and compatible drivers at the quote stage. We can wire them to standard dimmer switches or smart home systems. Not all LED drivers are dimmable, so we select the right combination for your setup.
