Wi-Fi Access Points in Melbourne

Whole-home Wi-Fi coverage — we install and mount your access points for strong, reliable signal in every room.

Ubiquiti Wi-Fi Access Points

Ubiquiti UniFi access points are the professional choice for whole-home Wi-Fi:

  • Seamless roaming – your phone switches between access points automatically as you move around the house
  • High density – handle many connected devices without slowdown
  • Ceiling or wall-mounted – discreet installations that blend with your decor
  • Centralised management – monitor and manage all access points from a single dashboard

Whole-Home Coverage

Dead zones are a thing of the past with proper access point placement:

  • Single access point – covers most single-storey homes up to 150m²
  • Two access points – double-storey homes or larger single-storey layouts
  • Three or more – large homes, multi-level properties and homes with thick concrete or brick walls

We assess your home layout, wall materials and existing network infrastructure to recommend the right number and placement of access points.

Client-Supplied Equipment

We install and mount your client-supplied equipment:

  • We handle – mounting the access points, running Ethernet cabling, connecting to your network switch or router, powering via PoE (Power over Ethernet)
  • You handle – the software configuration, network settings and Wi-Fi naming
  • Why this works – you retain full control of your network settings and security, while we ensure the physical installation is clean, tidy and compliant

If you already have Ubiquiti equipment or have purchased it yourself, we will mount and cable it professionally. Configuration is your responsibility.

What to Expect

1

Assessment

We survey your home, check existing cabling and agree on access point positions for optimal coverage.

2

Quote

Fixed-price quote for installation only (client-supplied equipment). If you need us to supply equipment, we can provide that as a separate quote.

Installation

We run Ethernet cabling, mount the access points, connect to your network and verify that every unit is powered and online. You then configure the software and Wi-Fi settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to buy the access points myself?
Yes — we install client-supplied equipment. However, if you prefer, we can provide a quote to supply and install. Let us know your preference when you contact us.
How many access points do I need?
Most single-storey homes need one or two. Double-storey homes typically need two or three. We assess your layout, wall materials and existing network to recommend the right number.
Do I need Ethernet cabling for access points?
Yes — wired backhaul (Ethernet cabling to each access point) gives the best performance and reliability. Wireless mesh systems are an option but do not match the speed and stability of a wired setup.
